Overview
The City of Mississauga deployed Illumient Smart Off-Grid lighting in Duncairn Downs Park as part of its Green Strategic Plan.
The Challenge
The city aimed to provide lighting for the park so patrons could enjoy it in the evenings while pursuing a low-cost, sustainable solution. The Green Pillar of the city's Strategic Plan emphasizes environmentally responsible approaches by using technologies which reduce emissions, conserve energy, and protect the natural environment while lowering costs.
Our Solution
Clear Blue installed Illumient Smart Off-Grid lighting systems that are remotely monitored and managed to ensure year-round illumination regardless of climate.
