November 15, 2021, Toronto, Ontario, – Clear Blue Technologies International Inc. (TSXV: CBLU) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has successfully closed the second (and final) tranche of a previously announced private placement offering of convertible unsecured subordinated debentures (the “Debentures”) for gross proceeds of C$2,899,000. With the second tranche completed, and cumulative gross proceeds of C$4,434,000, including both tranches, the Company exceeded the cumulative funding target of C$4 million, previously announced on October 29, 2021.

October 29, 2021, Toronto, ON, – Clear Blue Technologies International Inc. (TSXV: CBLU) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has completed a private placement offering of convertible unsecured subordinated debentures (the “Debentures”) for gross proceeds of C$1,535,000 (the “Offering”). The Company may complete additional tranches of the Offering for cumulative gross proceeds of up to $4 million.

Project SEISMIC to study power management solutions for sustainable and cost-effective rural telecom infrastructure. August 19, 2021, Toronto ON – Today, Clear Blue Technologies International Inc. (TSXV: CBLU) (“Clear Blue”) announced Project SEISMIC (Smart Energy Infrastructure for Mobile Internet Connectivity), an initiative with Facebook Research and Mayu Telecomunicaciones (“Mayutel”) that aims to help accelerate rural telecom infrastructure through innovations in power management. Contract value estimated at $8m-$10m+ CAD in revenue for Clear Blue over the next three years. July 29, 2021, Toronto Ontario – Today, Clear Blue Technologies International Inc. (TSXV: CBLU) (“Clear Blue” or the “Company”) announced it has a signed agreement with NuRAN Wireless Inc. (‘NuRAN’), a leading supplier of mobile and broadband wireless infrastructure solutions, with an initial estimated value between $8 million to $10 million CAD in revenues over the next three years. Clear Blue’s 2021 third and fourth-quarter earnings will reflect initial sales numbers for the contract, but the Company is providing estimated pro forma revenues for its shareholders in this release. Unless stated otherwise, all dollar amounts are in Canadian dollars, with gross margins in line with what the Company has historically reported.
