For residential developers

Utility reliability. No grid build-out.

The most reliable and cost-effective way to light a new community without the grid. Our team monitors, manages and troubleshoots every light, often before anyone knows there's an issue. You hand the HOA a working service with 99.5% average uptime, not another system to run.

Entrance and collector roads

Cammi

Our full-size street light, for the main way in and the busier roads. The panel and battery cabinet sit apart from the fixture.

  • Up to 150 W and 25,000 lumens
  • Up to 460 W and 66,200 lumens dimmed
2Turn-keyCammi Lite solar street light
Local streets and courts

Cammi Lite

The compact version of Cammi, sized for local roads, courts and cul-de-sacs where the traffic is residents.

  • Up to 80 W and 13,000 lumens dimmed
3Turn-keySenti all-in-one solar light
Parks, paths and pocket parks

Senti and Senti Ampio

Panel, battery, light and controller in one unit. Nothing to trench through the parkland. Ampio carries a larger panel for brighter paths and small lots.

  • Senti: up to 9.6 W and 1,600 lumens
  • Senti Ampio: up to 24 W and 4,200 lumens
4Turn-keyVento hybrid solar and wind street light
Exposed or low-sun sites

Vento

Cammi with a 300 W wind turbine added. For open, windy land or sites where winter sun alone runs short.

  • Up to 150 W and 25,000 lumens
  • Solar plus a 300 W vertical axis turbine
5Power onlyClear Blue Power Pack solar power system
A fixture is already specified

Power Pack

If the municipality or your designer has already picked the pole and light, keep them. Power Pack adds the solar, battery and controller.

  • Power Pack Lite: up to 40 W
  • Power Pack: up to 150 W, any AC, DC or driverless fixture
6Turn-keyPico solar power system for cameras and WiFi
Gatehouse, sales office, amenities

Pico and Pico Plus

Solar power for the equipment around the lights: security cameras, WiFi, sensors and gate equipment, with no power run to the pole.

  • Pico: WiFi hotspots, sensors, IoT
  • Pico Plus: cameras, satellite modems, gateways

Turn-key systems come with the pole, light arm and fixture from us. Power only systems power a pole and fixture you or the municipality specify. Figures are datasheet maximums. What a light can actually deliver depends on the site, so we size every system to its exact location before we quote.

How it works

A street light that runs itself

Each pole carries its own solar panel and battery, so it never touches the grid. What makes it work through a northern winter is the software deciding how hard to run tonight.

☀

Solar and storage on the pole

No trench, no conduit, no meter and no power bill. The panel charges a lithium battery sized for your latitude, and the light runs from that all night, every night.

◉

Managed 24/7 through Illumience

Our cloud platform watches every light, reads local weather, and dims or brightens ahead of a bad week so the battery never runs flat. You see uptime and faults without sending anyone out.

◎

Engineered for your exact site

We lay out every pole for the site you actually have, then validate the design for 365-day availability before you buy, so you know it works before it goes in.

◈

Energy as a Service: power anywhere, for a fixed cost

We become your utility. You get power at a fixed, predictable cost with no grid connection needed, anywhere in the world, and we handle the rest: installation, 24/7 expert management, monitoring and weather-based optimization. Installation is cheaper too, because there is no trenching, no conduit and no utility extension to pay for or wait on.

Why developers use it

Three things it takes off your critical path

Street lighting usually waits on the utility. That makes it one of the last things finished and one of the easiest things to slip.

◷

Light a phase before power arrives

You don't wait on the utility. Poles go in when the road does, so the first homeowners never move into a dark street.

⬡

No trenching, no utility extension

Nothing to dig, no conduit, no transformer. That removes a line item and a long-lead dependency from the servicing budget.

$

Hand the HOA a service, not a liability

Every system comes with Energy as a Service: a predictable annual fee, with batteries, controllers and panels replaced at no extra cost while it's active. The residents' association inherits a lower-cost utility service, not a repair bill when a part wears out.
