What Is Illumience Arc?
Illumience Arc replaces Illumience Cloud Control with a completely rebuilt experience. Everything you depend on today is here: the reporting, the alerts, and the system management tools you already know. On top of that, Arc adds a significant set of new capabilities, from a unified operations dashboard to fully custom alerting and a built-in AI assistant.
You use Arc the same way you use Illumience today. Check in on your systems, review reports, and manage alerts. The difference is how much less work it takes to get to the answer.

Set a threshold on battery voltage, temperature, load consumption, or any other data point, and Arc notifies you when that condition is met. If you have ever wished you could be alerted on something specific to how your fleet actually behaves, Expressions is how you build it.

Alerts You Define Yourself
Arc carries every alert type forward from Illumience Cloud Control, including low voltage disconnects, low voltage reconnects, short circuit alerts, daily summaries, and notification emails. Then it adds Expressions, a tool for building completely custom alerts based on any condition you define.

Illumience Arc Is in Beta Today
Arc is available now to beta customers ahead of general release. Illumience Cloud Control remains live and fully operational, so there is nothing to migrate and no cutover to schedule.
Both platforms stay live
Log into either Arc or Illumience Cloud Control to view live system data or make changes. Both reflect the current state of your systems. Use Arc alongside the platform you know at whatever pace works for you.
Early access to the full platform
Beta participants get the complete platform, including capabilities still being refined based on real world use across live fleets.
Your feedback shapes the product
Report issues and share suggestions directly inside Arc. Feedback from beta customers goes straight to the product team building it.
